Docapost puts Employee Advocacy at the heart of its B2B development strategy

A means of driving recognition, evangelising the market and transforming team culture, Docapost’s employee ambassador programme goes from strength to strength with Hootsuite amplify.

A B2B affiliate of La Poste Group, Docapost launched its Employee Advocacy strategy in 2016. The aim of the new program was to enhance the development of brand recognition by deploying its employees as brand ambassadors, while ensuring the continuity of a unified vision and narrative. The idea was to spread the word about the company’s activities and knowhow and position it as a key player in the digital transformation of businesses.
